How do I access my email when I am away from my computer?
Go to http://webmail.rgbinteractive.com and enter your email address (as the username) and password.
How do I add, edit or delete mailboxes from my domain?
Go to http://webadmin.rgbinteractive.com and enter your email address (as the username) and password. NOTE: You must of been setup as an admin in order to perform these duties.
What are my incoming and outgoing mail server names?
Both mail servers are typically "mail.yourdomain.com".
Do you require SMTP authentication?
Yes, our system does require SMTP authentication. The login credentials are the same as your email address and password
Do I need to use my entire email address for the username?
Yes, in Outlook and when accessing your email online through WebMail.
