Do you provide a control panel where I can manage my hosting features myself?

Yes, our system uses Plesk as its control panel.

Do you provide UNIX based web hosting?

No, we are completely a Microsoft shop and a Microsoft Partner.

Do you provide URL rewriting?

Yes, our server has ISAPI_REWRITE that allows url rewriting through an htaccess file just like UNIX.

Do you provide FrontPage Server Extensions?

Yes, you can use FrontPage or Microsoft Expression Web to edit your website

How many email accounts can I setup?

All accounts provide unlimited email accounts except the Value plan, it only provides 10 pop emails accounts.

Can I add, edit and change email accounts myself?

Yes, we have a control panel system that allows you to add, change and delete mailboxes.

Can I check my email remotely?

Yes, when you receive web hosting from RGB Interactive, we provide a web address http://webmail.rgbinteractive.com that allows you to check your email online from anywhere.

What additional features are provided with your email services?

With our email server, you can take advantage of our additional features such as Public Folders, Calendar and Contact management.
