How much does it cost?
Our typical website programming engagement starts at $12,500 for basic web programming solutions. The sky is the limit from moderate to complex website programming functionality.
It might be helpful to think in terms of a building a custom home. For example, vinyl flooring is less expensive than Italian marble.
In most instances, a mansion is more expensive than a manufactured home. And so forth. And so forth.
Your final cost is (and should be) completed related to the time and energy necessary to build your website design and website functionality.
Why does it cost so much?
When designing a website or creating the functionality of a custom web-based application, there are numerous short cuts available to the website designer or web programmer.
Some of these short cuts are to your advantage as the client and some are not.
The short answer is.... website programming cost is directly related to your requirements.
In addition, there is a significant amount of business logic that you may not have considered or just assume "it will do that".
Sometimes up to 30% of our website programming code is how a website should respond automatically if a website visitor that not doing what they "should" on your website.
We of course would love to earn your business, but not at the cost of lowering our quality.
Is your website idea possible?
Yes, whatever website functionality you have in mind can be replicated, modified or created.
However, as common in most website projects ....... a budget does exist. A suggestion that might help overcome budgetary constraints is to prioritize your requirements. Separate your wants versus wishes.
Break your project up into multiple phases with increasing levels of functionality and sophistication in each phase.
Do you own the software code?
Yes, if your particular web programming solution required custom functionality and it was your requirement to be able to "own the code."
In all situations, RGB Interactive is merely engaged on your behalf in a "Contractor for Hire" capacity to build, support or maintain your web programming solution.
Note: We do not license software or retain the rights, royalty and interest in the work we provide to you.
However, if an open source website programming functionality is used for your project, then you are agreeing to the GNU General Public License, which is required by more than half of all free software packages.
What is our payment terms?
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
RGB Interactive reserves the right to stop any ongoing web programming and assess penalties if payments are late.
In addition, we will send deliquent accounts to a third party collection agency.

Do we finance projects?
Yes, we would be glad to discuss finance options with you for your web programming project.
Usually the duration of the financing is related to the estimated length of time necessary to build your web programming project and may be financed for a maximum of one (1) year.
Note: Financing may not be available for all projects.
We usually will not finance the web programming project of individuals or businesses without sufficient payment method (bank draft, credit card, etc.), credit history and/or financial references.
