Julie Chance

President, Strategies-By-Design

Julie Chance has over 18 years of professional experience in marketing, management, operations and training. She has taught marketing courses at two Texas Universities and has trained hundreds of professionals in sales, strategic marketing planning, customer relations and team management concepts.

Julie is president of Strategies-by-Design, a strategic planning, marketing, and sales consultation business. Through Strategies-by-Design, Julie provides consulting, training and skills based coaching.

In working with clients, Julie brings to the table not only her expertise in analysis, planning and marketing, but also her acute understanding of human behavior and interaction. It is Julie's goal to assist companies to improve communication, working relationships and processes at all levels of the organization in order to improve overall performance and bottom-line results. It is Julie's passionate belief that building a strong bottom line starts with a strong foundation. Therefore, a key element of her work is assisting clients in clarifying their goals, and developing and implementing specific action plans to reach those goals.

Mike Mirau

CEO, Personality Performance Solutions

As the first person to be welcomed on our advisory board, Mirau provides advice on technology and operations. He works closely with the executive staff of RGB Interactive to introduce new policy and procedures, and provides proven leadership in regards to the company's information systems. With over 20+ years of experience, Mirau was the Chief Information Officer for Interstate Batteries and several other e-business firms. He currently serves as the CEO of Personality Performance Solutions, a strategic business planning firm and is developing the e-government infrastructure for the City of Plano, TX.
