Alison Bray

President

Bray is the co-founder and president of RGB Interactive and provides the vision for the company. She has been previously involved with several other Internet ventures, most recently Bray Technologies, where she was responsible for all operations. Bray is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization, and handles the capital expenditures and business structure of the corporation. She is extremely active within the community and devotes most of her time to charitable organizations.

Keith Bray

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Bray is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. He is responsible for managing the technical, customer, and sales divisions, as well as handling all human resource functions. Prior to founding RGB Interactive with his wife, Alison, Bray served as Webmaster for NextJet, a leading next-day delivery company, and Bray Technologies, a powerful website design and Internet marketing firm. With over 5+ years of experience, Bray has demonstrated his passion for the Internet and proven to be a key player in the web design and Internet Marketing fields.

He is on the Board of Directors for the Children's Southwest Brain Tumor Foundation and recipient of the Eagle Scout award. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Marketing/Communications Committee for the Dallas Northeast Chamber of Commerce and 2003 WebAward Internet Advertising Competition Judge.

Asim Qureshi

Project Manager / Technical Lead

Qureshi handles all web development projects that come into the organization. He is responsible for assessing the needs of our customers, gathering all requirements, and fulfilling the customer's order within time and budget constraints. With over 5+ years experience in the technology sector, Qureshi has served as a project/IT manager for Net Express, a bandwidth order fulfillment company, and most recently as a project coordinator for Optech Consulting Inc., an organization focusing on E-Commerce structures and IT Consulting. Previous job roles have included programming and development for ACS Retail Systems, Southland Inc., Verizon, Lazo Technologies and Custom Programming Services.

Paurush Saxena

Director of Strategic Planning

As the Director of Marketing, Saxena is responsible for all startegic planning and marketing at RGB Interactive. He is responsible for creating and developing the product strategy and implementing business processes for sales suport & customer service. Saxena has 8+ years of experience in management and has worked for several industries like supply chain, transportation and software. Saxena is extremely motivated and experienced in delivering Internet solutions to customers. He has been responsible for product launches and lifecycle management of several software products for Fortune 500 company and start-ups. Saxena has a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a MBA.
